HEALTHY ATHLETIC WALKING TECHNIQUE

To learn proper athletic walking technique it is important to start with correct posture, learn to benefit from a proper hip motion, while keeping your knee and foot action where they should be. Finally, by using your arms efficiently, you will have mastered athletic walking's gait. Two other caveats, lower leg carriage and straightening the leg, are also relevant in any discussion of efficient technique.
