STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS
Arm Swing - Around Chest

Purpose:

Loosen up the upper body

Steps:
  1. Stand with your feet at shoulder's length apart.

  2. Hold both arms at shoulder length and behind the body.

  3. Swing the arms forward and allow them to wrap around the body.

  4. Reverse with the other arm on top.

  5. Perform this exercise for 20-30 seconds.

Please consult your doctor before trying any of these stretches. Beginner walkers may find them too stressful
