STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS
Backwards Windmills

 

Purpose:

Loosen up the shoulders

Steps:
  1. Stand with your feet at shoulder's length apart.

  2. Make circles with your arms, keeping them as close to the body as possible.

  3. Perform this exercise for 20-30 seconds.

Please consult your doctor before trying any of these stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful.
