STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS These flexibility drills will help strengthen, lengthen, and generate greater range of motion from your “walking” muscles and can be done while standing in place or against a wall. Click on the link to see larger pictures and a description of how to perform each drill. The drills are broken into categories, free standing or against the wall. Please consult your doctor before trying any of these stretches. Beginner walkers may find them too stressful. |
