HAMSTRING STRETCH 2


	Another variation of a dynamic hamstring stretch is to hold your hand directly in front of your torso at chest height.
	Walk forward and lift each leg as you step up to your corresponding hand. Each step should be as before, only about 6 inches.

Continue to do this and walk about 25 yards.
