STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS
Arm Leg Swing
- Purpose:
- Improve Hip Flexibility
- Steps:
-
- Lean against a wall or tree.
- Swing leg up and away from the body.
- Swing Leg under the body.
- Swing Leg up and away from the other side of the body.
- Perform this exercise 10 times for each leg.

Please consult your doctor before trying any of these
stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful. |
