STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS
Arm Leg Swing

 

Purpose:
Improve Hip Flexibility
Steps:
  1. Lean against a wall or tree.
  2. Swing leg up and away from the body.
  3. Swing Leg under the body.
  4. Swing Leg up and away from the other side of the body.
  5. Perform this exercise 10 times for each leg.

Please consult your doctor before trying any of these stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful.
