STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS Rotate the Hips with your Arms Down
Purpose:

Loosen up the hips
- Steps:

Stand with your feet wider than shoulder's length
apart.

Hold both arms down.
-
Swing your arms one forward the other back with
palms facing back.
-
As the arms swing, extend the hip forward.
-
Perform this exercise for 20-30 seconds.
Please consult your doctor before trying any of these
stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful.
