STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS Hurdle
- Purpose:
- Improve Hip Flexibility
- Steps:
-
- Lean against a wall or tree.
- Swing leg up and around as if there was a hurdle to your side.
- Use someone's arm to act as the hurdle if someone is available.
- Range of motion is important on this one!
- Perform this exercise 10 times for each leg.
Please consult your doctor before trying any of these
stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful.
