STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS Hip Circles
- Purpose:
- Loosen up the hips
- Steps:

- Stand with your legs about shoulder length apart.
- Place your hands at your hips.
- Make a circle with your hips, swaying out and around while
trying to keep your body straight.

Perform this exercise for about 20-30 seconds.

THOSE WITH BAD LOWER BACKS SHOULD
SKIP THIS ONE!!!
Please consult your doctor before trying any of these
stretches. Beginner walkers may find them too stressful
