STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS Swing Arms and Bend Down
- Purpose:
- Loosen up the upper body
- Steps:
-
- Stand with your feet at shoulder's length apart.
- Hold both arms at shoulder length and to the side of the body.
- Swing the arms down and allow them to criss cross in front of
the body as you bend down.
- Perform this exercise for 20-30 seconds.
Please consult your doctor before trying any of these
stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful.
