STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS Twist In Place
- Purpose:

Loosen up the hips and shoulders
- Steps:
-

Stand with your feet about shoulder's length
apart.

Hold both arms straight out in front of your body.

Swing your arms from one side of the body to the
other.
-
Perform this exercise for 20-30 seconds.
Please consult your doctor before trying any of these
stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful.
