STANDING WARM-UP DRILLS Walk Against the Wall
Purpose:
- Overall Warm-up
- Steps:
-
- Place both hands against the wall or tree in front of you.
- Drop your head and plant your feet.
- Walk in place.
- Perform this exercise 10 times for each leg.
Please consult your doctor before trying any of these
stretches.
Beginner walkers may find them too stressful.
